Secondary Self-Study

The Self-Study report comprises various questionnaires for the School and Community Profile and each of the Standards of Membership, as well as any supporting documentation that is required. 

E-mail the Commission office or phone 781-541-5415 to obtain the above questionnaires for completing the Self-Study.

Please also refer to Part II of the Secondary Accreditation Handbook, which contains Evaluation Procedures, a Decennial Evaluation Guide and other information to assist you in preparing for a decennial evaluation.
